Homborsund AI Summit

April 2026 (weekend, date TBA)

Agents, autonomy and building resilient teams when the AI landscape keeps mutating every quarter.

Spring 2026 is when autonomous agents either become your unfair advantage or your governance headache. We plan to spend a weekend figuring out which side of that line you want to stand on.

We are not going to pretend we know the exact stack, model names or chip allocations by April — the landscape is mutating every few weeks — but we do know we will ship something worthwhile together.

Expect demos that stress-test the latest releases, honest conversations about resilience, and a community who shows up ready to build even when the roadmap keeps changing.

Join us at the Homborsund AI Summit 2026.1

We’re still shaping the agenda and lining up speakers. Expect a full reveal once the spring shipping season calms down.

What's Brewing

Placeholders with Intent

The agenda is in motion. Think of this as our working outline while we scout speakers and line up the right hardware, sandboxes and late-night debates.

Agent Autonomy Clinics

Hands-on runbooks for shipping agents that negotiate, plan and handle tools without wrecking compliance.

Resilience & Ops

Stories and frameworks for keeping human-in-the-loop teams sane when suppliers and model APIs shift weekly.

Hardware Reality Check

From edge boards on boats to datacenter GPU rationing. Bring your own benchmarks, we will compare notes.

AI Safety in Practice

Not a doom loop — concrete guardrails, red-teaming drills and shared accountability templates.

Builders' Showcase

Lightning demos of things that already work, even if the paint is still drying. Bring your own HDMI dongle.

Seaside After Hours

Same Homborsund vibe: bonfire, cold sea air, plans sketched on napkins. The predictable part is the community.

Schedule

Summit Schedule

Explore the lineup of thought-provoking talks and interactive sessions.

Timing is intentionally fuzzy until we lock the crew and daylight conditions. Expect updates as soon as the schedule firms up.

Day 1
Midday Saturday

Doors open, coffee and coastline calibration

Afternoon

Rapid-fire briefings: what just shipped, what broke, and why it matters

Evening

Roundtables & bonfire clinics — prototypes, playbooks, mitigation drills

Late

Dinner, long-form Q&A, robot beach walks (weather permitting)

Sunday optional

Open lab for teams that want to keep building

Why This Matters

We're Honest About the Unknowns

April 2026 is a moving target. Standards, regulations, model access — everything shifts. We treat that as an opportunity to co-create the playbook rather than wait for someone else to publish one.

Candid Field Notes

We collect what people are actually deploying in production — wins, outages, awkward lessons included.

Living Roadmaps

We design flexible plans with checkpoints so your team can adapt without burning out.

Community Signal

You get access to the same quick pings, accountability groups and shared docs we use between summits.

Speakers

Meet the Speakers

Learn from industry experts, field builders and the occasional chaos agent.

Venue

Vågsholt skole, Krømpe

This little white schoolhouse in Krømpe is where Homborsund AI builds momentum. It is closer to a workshop than a conference centre — no running water, no mains electricity, but plenty of heating, candlelight and an honest-to-goodness utedo a short walk away. Bring curiosity, something thoughtful to eat and a beverage you would trust around robots (beer or wine seem to flatter AI discussions); catering remains firmly in your capable hands while we handle the warmth, atmosphere and agenda that politely ignores boardroom formalities.

Vågsholt skole, Krømpe

Homborsund AI brings everyone together at the old village school in Krømpe, a short hop from Grimstad. It is a stripped-back, warm space that keeps the focus on people, prototypes and whatever refreshments you were clever enough to stash in your bag.

What you should know

  • No running water on-site — pack bottles or top up before you arrive.
  • There is no mains electricity, so charge devices in advance and bring power banks.
  • The heated main room keeps everyone toasty even late into the evening.
  • A classic utedo (outdoor toilet) handles the practicalities — rustic, but clean.
  • Food and drink are emphatically BYO — craft beer or a conversational bottle of wine has a curious sympathy with AI.
