Homborsund AI Festival
18. oktober 2025
Flashy Agents & Friendly Robots
Agents are still the stars — now with more real-world elbows: robots, drones and tools.
Five fresh talks to kick things off: ‘Do we have time to wait?’ (Michael), ‘Why start something in 2025?’ (Knut), ‘Boardroom Security Playbooks for AI Agents with Corporate Skeleton Keys’ (Jan), ‘HAIway to Hell: A Dystopian Look at AI Run Amok’ (Lars), ‘What I talk about when I talk about Context Engineering’ (Øyvind).
We shuffle the running order as inspiration hits, so expect the timetable to flex and talks to swap around.
We spell it out because it works: the crowd decides when you wrap. Read the room, be honest about your time, and keep rolling if the audience is still leaning in — even if that means a long-form Q&A before the polite bow.
Come for the ideas, stay for the demos, BBQ and that friendly ‘let’s build it together’ vibe.
Join us at the Homborsund AI Summit 2025.2
This gathering just wrapped. Relive the sparks below and keep your eyes on the spring 2026 plans.
Summit Schedule
Explore the lineup of thought-provoking talks and interactive sessions.
Time ranges are pencilled in — think of them as vibe guardrails. If a talk's mid-flight or morphs into a sprawling Q&A, we ride it out so long as the room explicitly begs for more (no fishing for the encore, comedians).

Vågsholt skole, Krømpe
This little white schoolhouse in Krømpe is where Homborsund AI builds momentum. It is closer to a workshop than a conference centre — no running water, no mains electricity, but plenty of heating, candlelight and an honest-to-goodness utedo a short walk away. Bring curiosity, something thoughtful to eat and a beverage you would trust around robots (beer or wine seem to flatter AI discussions); catering remains firmly in your capable hands while we handle the warmth, atmosphere and agenda that politely ignores boardroom formalities.
Vågsholt skole, Krømpe
Homborsund AI brings everyone together at the old village school in Krømpe, a short hop from Grimstad. It is a stripped-back, warm space that keeps the focus on people, prototypes and whatever refreshments you were clever enough to stash in your bag.
What you should know
- No running water on-site — pack bottles or top up before you arrive.
- There is no mains electricity, so charge devices in advance and bring power banks.
- The heated main room keeps everyone toasty even late into the evening.
- A classic utedo (outdoor toilet) handles the practicalities — rustic, but clean.
- Food and drink are emphatically BYO — craft beer or a conversational bottle of wine has a curious sympathy with AI.
